I am a registered nurse with 16+ years of clinical experience in many different settings. Disheartened and burned out by the current medical model of reactive, protocol driven care, I found a new approach to helping people through nurse coaching. As a board certified nurse coach, I have permission to express myself fully, offer my humanity to others and take time to curate relationships that bring about true transformation in my clients' lives. By combining my years of clinical expertise with my heart for others, I am deeply aligned with my calling as a healer. I have stepped into this role with a humble heart and strong character.
The biggest pivots in life sometimes come in the tiniest spaces. Speaking literally here, the space between our heads and our hearts is a relatively small distance. However, some of us live our lives with a deep chasm between the two.
To bridge that gap and create open lines of communication (and cooperation) between what we think of ourselves and what we really are, is the goal. Our true authentic self is one of expansiveness and love. When our brains are along for the ride of life, we start leading with our hearts and body. And we lean into the good life, into your life as it is now and create the path for something new and better. Whatever that means for you- it is your life.
